3. Only if the Voting Systems are uncorrupted and trustworthy
Otherwise, Kerry will have to win by 5-10% (depending on how bad you think it is) to eke out a 0.5% "victory".

From a circumstantial viewpoint, Bushevik arrogance would seem to suggest the fix is in.

33. I don't think so.
Bushevik arrogance would seem to suggest the fix is in.

Bush is simply an arrogant prick. Fix or no fix.

14. Well, no
Fox conducts polls of the general public, just like the other networks. They're probably biased by wording, etc., but they're not just polling their own viewers.

16. Fox Polls = Useless and Illegitimate
The wording is so misleading. Can't think of the example right now but suffice it to say Fox Polls are biased (ya think?).

6. More good news
The poll also indicated that Bush's troubles may hurt the GOP in other races. On the generic ballot for congressional races, Democrats have a 13 point lead among likely voters.

We're going to need a Dem Congress, too, to fix Bush's mess.

17. man from your post
to God's ears-I live for the day when the likes of David Drier and Tom Delay and the other assholes who march in lockstep unison with the GOP are told to SHUT UP and it's too bad if you don't like the rules-like they do to the dems now.

8. Keep up the negative ads Shrub
I saw a man on the street type of interview somewhere and people were saying they can't even watch the news because of all the depressing, negative war related things coming out. If this is true, I bet people are changing the channel whenever negative political ads come on too. I know I do. People are just sick of this administration and the negativity it has cast upon the world. When they constantly attack Kerry, they show their true colors and people don't like it. Keep it up, it's working so well (for Kerry).

13. So much for the Bushies' big ad blitz :)

from the same article:

"On the question of who would do a better job, Kerry had big leads on health care, protecting the environment, reducing the deficit and reducing unemployment. He even did better than Bush on the question of taxes."

-----

Other highlights:

--> by a 47%-to-46% margin, respondents said Bush was doing a poor job in the war on terrorism :)

--> Bush's "troubles" now appear to be creating "problems" for GOP Congressional campaigns :)

Hey, maybe there is a god after all :)

18. The Problem With The Polls Is
They are quantative rather than qualitative. They can count that I don't like the son of a bitch but they can not quantify just how much I despise that son of a bitch.
