I want the votes to be counted; no SCOTUS selections.

I want Americans to have jobs ; no living on the street.

I want Americans to live long lives and covered by affordable health insurance;

I want Americans troops dying and becoming sick in the desert for Big Oil and Bush Carlye buddies and Cheny Halliburton buddies to come home..

I want our children to enjoy a pristine American wilderness..

I am willing to reduce gas mileage by 2 miles a gallon to avoid destroying Alaska..and providing an excuse to go to war over oil..

I want to buy a hybrid auto to get 80 MPG, not an SUV, to get 12 MPG.

I want the TRUTH about 9/11 to be told for the sake of the victims, and to punish those who are guilty.

I want our High School and College students to be required to study history, and let marketing be an elective.

I want the TRUTH of JFK to be told..

I want the LIES of Bush to be exposed..

I'm a goddamn liberal.

And so was FDR..and so was HST...and so was MLK...and so was Ghandi..and so was JFK...and so was RFK...and so was Paul Wellstone...and so was Jesus Christ...and so were our founding fathers.....and so is ANY father or mother who wants their son or daughter back from Iraq...and so is ANY American who sees his or her rights trampled..

WE ARE ALL LIBERALS WHEN WE WANT TO GIVE A HELPING HAND...OR RECEIVE ONE...

I'm a goddamn liberal. And I will fight until there is no more fight left in me - not for Dems, not for Repubs, not for Greens, not for Libertarians, not for Communists, not for Socialists, but for the TRUTH..

and, I'm sick of equivocating and "playing to the middle"
I'm not a bomb throwing anarchist and I don't have to "smooth over" anything in the interests of attracting that (probably fictional)"middle" who seemingly must be pandered to because they can not rouse themselves to vote without the promise of bread, circuses and something in their own self-interest.

I simply want some justice
some justice for the families of the lost on September 11th
some justice for the families who go to bed (when they have one) hungry at night in a land that can more than provide for all
some justice for those in deadly fear of homelessness because of unemployment
some justice for those who need medical care and can only get it in dire circumstances at emergency rooms
some justice for those of us who pay more than we can afford in payroll taxes and hear now that we "don't pay taxes"
and, I'm willing to pay for it through my taxes.

And *that* sort of thinking makes me a "danger"? No, it makes me a liberal and a patriot.

I think the truth scares many people. They would rather live in ignorant bliss.

I have made a personal commitment to stop supporting any business that gave big $$$$ support to GOP alone. Not to the ones who split or shared 50/50 campaign $$$, but the ones who gave 100% get 100% of my business. For example Lowes Home Improvement gave 100% to Dems. I only go in the "other" one to walk around and say, "they don't have any customer service here, figures it's all about GREED!" "I'm going to support the store that cares!" and go to Lowes. The only way to stop this, I believe is to hit them where it hurts, to the only thing that means anything to them. Power and money.
