Another priceless freeper quote. RE: Nick Berg
The freepers obviously have had enough of Nick Berg's father. So one had a very special message to the grieving father.

"My husband and two sons have spent their careers in the military defending your right to speak freely. So go somewhere else and spew your filth. We are not amused."

So translated, this basically means, "My husband and two sons have spent their careers defending the right to free speech. So if you choose to use this free speech, please go somewhere else."

Man what a bunch of f*%$ing morons. HOLD ME BACK!!!!! HOLD ME BACK!!!!! I'm flipping out!

1. Love the double-standard
Another translation, the way I see it- "My husband and 2 sons spent their careers in the military defending your right to free speech. So shut the f*$% up".

6. Speaking of double standards....
....not that I am much a fan of trolling, but if Bush loses this election, and we have a new Democratic President, I would love to go over there and go into some threads where they are bashing Kerry and start scolding them and demanding that they leave the country if they can't "Support Our President". Then maybe I'll throw in how my relatives and ancestors fought bravely to "defend their right to free speech".

They need to have their stupidity thrown back in their faces. Hopefully then they'll realize how dumb they've sounded for the past couple of years.

7. Of course
You can see it now-

"Protesters showed up at a George Bush speech. What a bunch of un-American, Commie idiots. Oh, by the way- who's going to 'Freep' Hillary with us next weekend? Haha- it's gonna be great!"

12. See that's what I don't get For 8 years they did NOTHING
but Bash Clinton. They sold video tapes alleging he was a murderer (hawked on Jerry Falwell's program his network (LBN) on satelite), the called him a serial rapist, etc. They spent 8 years not just bashing him but slandering and libeling him. What these assholes mean is it is unAmerican and unpatriotic to bash a repuglican president, but it's duty and honor to bash a Dem.

2. If she tried hard, she might make sense...
These people have had so much jingositic crap force-fed to them, they can't tell which end to crap out of anymore, and they don't even stop to listen to themselves to check if they make any sense.

4. The military's job is to defend the borders of the United States...
the judiciary and police departments defend citizens' rights to free speech. As much as a soldier's duty might be honorable, let's not go overboard about who we owe our various freedoms to.

8. I am going to say some thing you will maybe hate.
I will say you called these nuts freepa which is really not the real Republican party. People I know in that party do not talk or think that way. It is the group that seems to be up Georgie's ass that only talk that way. Oh top of that I heard the same thing from the Dem when they were hitting black school kids as they went to school. It is that same group I am sure. They once had their own party if I recall right and it was pretty big at one time.

10. True, but still....
The GOP is pretty much lock-step right up George's ass. If one of them breaks the party line, their political career is over.

11. Yes you are right on the ones in Office. I do not know what would
happen if a Rep. did not vote with the party but out side people will not be so in line. If I could drop out and others I knew have so could more Rep. I will say, with a bag over my head, that I voted for Nixon. I was having trouble with just what I thought on some things. Like I never believed in a laissie faire business world and either did my father but it was the degree we would fight about. It was the same with Unions. I was for them but with govt control and not that you had to join. When I finally really thought it all out, I was very Liberal.
