1. Are you speaking of the alleged "Sudan offered Bin Laden to Clinton...
... on a silver platter" meme?

Well... don't forget that Richard Clarke testified to the 9/11 Commission that this accusation was a "fabrication."

It's likely that Sudan did offer Bin Laden to the U.S., but George Tenet and Madeline Albright rejected it on principle, explaining that even if this were true, the US had no basis on which to hold Bin Laden. This was in 1996, FIVE YEARS BEFORE 9/11, and although we likely knew Bin Laden wanted to attack America, that alone would not have provided a legal basis for holding him in US custody. That's why Clinton shopped it around to Saudi Arabia, hoping they'd step up and accept the transfer of Bin Laden. They didn't, of course. They prefer to do the bidding of their real masters... the Bush Family.

Former NSA Sandy Berger has confirmed that the Saudi Arabia pas de deux took place, but insists that Sudan had no intention of extraditing Bin Laden. He testified as such, you know.

2. Good information
Could you send this guy an email at Washington Journal.
Thanks for the info. Yes that's the guy. It sickens me
that they are still doing hit pieces on Clinton.

3. Well, they always take the easy, brainless way out.

Sure, blame Clinton for 9/11, even though the August 6, 2001 Daily Presidential Briefing read

"BIN LADEN DETERMINED TO STRIKE WITHIN U.S."

That's the thing I always enjoy throwing back in their faces. When that DPB came out, Clinton was throwing frisbees at Buddy (poor Buddy!!) in Chappaqua...

Hindsight is 20/20. It's a fool's endeavor to compare pre-9/11 opportunities with post-9/11 realities.

5. I'm still waiting for boosh* to start blaming FUTURE administrations
for his screwups. Lord knows, HE'S not responsible for anything that happens on his watch. (Which begs the question: So who the hell needs him?)

6. Here's A Measure Where We Are
I think Clinton bashing is finally starting to play out on those who milked it for so long.

Hopefully these wingnut goons will get an earful on the phones.

One would think with ALL the information out there now, these Clinton haters would be in deep hiding now.

8. For Them This Is As Good As It Gets
This host relishes in anti-Clinton and Democrat topics/guests. He makes Brian look liberal.

I love how this guy claim he interviewed Clarke, Lake, Berger and Albright and somehow came to a completely different conclusion than those who were there did. I guess we could say the same about the evil regime we have now...how our view of things and theirs are 180 different, but that's on policy, not personality.

When will these Chickenhawks finally realize how angry they're gonna make people when they keep yakking war when they never served themselves or would dare send their children. Yep. Shame!

9. Look out for more
intense Pres. Clinton bashing, his book is due out soon.

I found it interesting that he said that Clinton had been in office three months before the first trade center bombing, and therefore is responsible, BUT he then quietly stated that it takes time for a president to settle in. IE, three months in Clinton's term, Clinton's fault; Eight months into bush*'s term, Clinton's fault.

10. He's Our Leader...He's Made Mistakes, But!!!
The angst in that Kool-Aid drinker's voice was almost music to my ears. How our Oxygen Commander In Thief is "the best we've got"...like our team is getting its ass kicked and there's not much else we can do. The resignation in his voice turning to frustration is a pleasant sound after these past years of their lies that now count over 700 American young men and women dead and counting.

I think the Abu Gabril mess has finally swung many over...especially the media...to the incompetence of this regime and how poorly its performing. The non-stop buck passing and lack of anyone taking responsibility is so glaring right now. The good part is the shit is starting to pile upstream and those at the top will soon have to account for their actions...ALL of them. Get out the popcorn, this will be mustsee TV.

Someone recently posted about having to set up a "Truth and Reconciliation" commission here to clean out the crap after this regime is ousted. I am thinking that's not such a bad idea.
