So they are going to try to use Sivits to prove no involvement by brass?
Just because he says there were no orders from higher up doesn't make it so. Why would he know about ALL the orders being sent down the line? Just shows you how low these people will go. I wonder how much he's getting or what they threatened him with to make him tell this obvious lie.

1. They cut him a deal, happens all the time in civilian cases
He'll end up worse off because there's already documented evidence that Bushco* dispensed with the Geneva Convention.

2. Yep, it seems he's taking the fall........
him and other low level GI's. Not that they are at all innocent BUT it's the guys at the top who are really responsible.
