"Attain a 92% or greater compliance rate for men 18 through 25 years old"

"Attain and appoint Registrars in 85% of the Nation's high schools"

"Proclamation 4483 Granting Pardons For Violations of the Selective Service Act"

I was unable to gain access to the actual wording of the proclamation..
once you click on the site the link just evaporates.

I would be willing to bet it's an interesting read..

The Proclamation was put into play Nov/Dec/00 to 1/01..the only fruits of my search..

This cowardly bastard and all his brothers avoided WAR service,and now " THE WAR PRESIDENT " wants to send our Nation`s Youth off to fight his poorly planned WARS. He and his ilk are dispicable cowards.We cannot, we will not allow this SOB to continue to be our President. We all have to gather our courage and be ready for what these bastards have planned. I despise the entire Bush clan. They enabled Hitler to take over Germany and supplied the NAZIS up to and well after our entry into THE WAR against Nazi Germany. 3. Cheer up it will be a job.

Since college will be out of the question, only the rich will be able to go, we poor can go into the service. Then these college educated people can rule us.The King knows best.
