Is Chalabi really getting 400k a month from the US?

I was watching Russert interview Senator Biden and Biden said Chalabi was getting 400k a month! Could somebody confirm this with a link somewhere?

1. Don't have a link, but I heard the same thing several weeks ago...

The figure I heard, or read, was $350,000/month....seems a little excessive....sounds like a payoff to me.

400 and then he was corrected and added "a month"

I guess the slug Chalabi was doing such a good job..."we" gave him a raise..doncha just love democracy?
