Rep. Ike Skelton opens his mouth on c-span

says he never heard about Diebold's owner pledging Ohio to smirk. doesn't know a thing. (if that's the case, then he should be fired for not knowing what is going on)

says no impeachment, vote in Nov.

don't need the draft. that we have plenty of people joining the military. people that have a deep inside patriotism.

he answered each caller with swarmy platitudes.

people, vote this ninny out of congress!

1. Its amazing how they cling to ignorance as a defense
So what happens when the truth is forced before their eyes? Do they change? Of course not. This is willfull ignorance or worse false claims of ignorance. Its a great defense. As long as they do not stumble and show their lack of ignorance of the matter we are stuck with the cannot prove a negative paradox.

4. I Like Ike
My Congressman for many years. Top Dem on House Armed Services Committee. He has spent his career promoting and supporting the Military, including stopping Rum/Cheney from killing the B-2 bomber based in his district.

Good solid conservative Democrat who supports his party. What do you want?????

7. A point to consider
He is an accurate reflection of his district.
Go cruise Warrensburg or Sedalia and you will see what I mean.
The alternative would be militarist Republican.

5. It would be interesting to count the number of times in the past 2
weeks a republican has said "I don't recall" or "to my knowledge" or "I haven't heard that".

Ignorance is bliss? If that is the case, the republicans should be a happy group!
