VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. May 16, 2004 � A suitcase containing human remains was found floating near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel on Sunday, the third such discovery in the area this month. A boater alerted police that he had found the suitcase floating off the second island of the bridge-tunnel, said Virginia Beach police spokesman Don Rimer.
