The Asshole in the White House is having another fundraiser !

With the crisis in confidence in the military and the ongoing scandals, you might think he could find something else productive to do with his time? After all, he already has over $200 million dollars for his campaign. He doesn't need more. But, there he is! Going to be at another fundraiser tonight in Atlanta. And there will be no press allowed. God forbid that he have to answer any questions about his criminality. He's too busy trying to buy the White House again. What an embarrassment!

The "White House" should only be used if it's the home of the President of a Free Nation, not the Stolen Home of an Orwellian Emperor.

First, google "Chinese Overtime." Also known as the "Salary plus Overtime Eligible Compensation Plan," it enables a worker who does a 75 hour week to earn a lower hourly rate of pay than one who does a 55 hour week. We don't do that. (Chinese overtime is so complex that none of the three former Lowe's employees who work for me can properly explain it, and all of them were drawing it.)

Emphasis on the word "good"--some of the stupidest shit I've ever heard come out of the mouth of a lumberman was from a guy working at an independent lumberyard. (He told his customer that an 8-foot-wide staircase off a deck could be constructed with only two stringers, one at each end, if you used 2x12 lumber. An 8-foot-wide leaf spring can be made that way; if you don't want your staircase to launch the cat six feet in the air every time the kids run down it to get to the school bus, put some stringers in the middle of the span.) But stay the hell out of Lowe's. They are not good for you.

I mean is there anything stopping him from giving that money to other Republicans running for office?

His policies aren't exactly helping his poll numbers.

It's seems almost like taking bets in the middle of a prize fight, when your guy is getting pummeled. Maybe they already have been assured of the result? Why do people/corporations still keep giving this man such massive amounts of cash? Do they really expect they can spend their way out of this mess? I confess, that strategy looked as if it would work a few months ago, but what can they expect to buy now? Bush is already a lame duck, and has been unable to get any of his initiatives acted upon...he has pissed off even the faithful. So again...what the hell is all this money expected to buy???

He had time to do fundraisers and to do a commencement appearance, but no time for his girls.

I thought there was something about family values mentioned somewhere in his last campaign. Where are his family values?

this is nothing new. The only time he is not raising money is when he on vacation, then he only goes to a fundraiser every other day

maybe he's just gonna salt it away so he has a good start to his post-presidency binge in Miami strip clubs.
