4. New York Daily News reported about this as well
this morning. I heard it on the radio.Said it would be on Sept. 2nd.Bruce is even considering extending it.Also said Bruce is consdiering doing a concert for Kerry.Hope its true!

2. It would be great if a lot of artists held concerts then in NYC..
Fill every venue. MSG, the theater at MSG, Central Park summerstage, Roseland, Irving Plaza, Hammerstein. That would be phenomenal.

11. The Boss DESPISES Bush
I've seen Bruce in concert 5 times since 9/11 and each time he has both implicitly and explicitly attacked the AWOL Administration. The last time I saw him he urged everyone to buy Franken's "Liars" book. Go Boss Go.

Springsteen is a liberal. He has done a lot for labor. He was pissed as hell when Born In The USA was co-opted by the right.

That would be cool if he played NYC for free, but I would hate for it to draw away from the protests.

Bruce is very much a liberal. If you listen to the lyrics of some of his songs you hear the message. He really doesn't say much about his political or social leanings otherwise.
