What did Clinton/Bush do to help problems facing minorities?
Or to promote equality? You can even answer in form of democrats vs republicans. I'd appreciate a comparison of the 2. thanks

4. as a minority i say not a damn thing
Al sharpton pointed this out on national television that clintons tastes in music and certain foods made him seem pro black, but his policies were damn near detrimental.

14. not really he doesn't support gay marriage...
so i don't think he could possibly take a radical progressive position. But at this point, i would be happy with someone not attempting to roll back the clock.

10. This is just my opinion . . .
But if we continue to divide politicians by what they do "for minorities" and "for non-minorities" it will get us in a whole mess of trouble down the line. Why don't we look at it as "what they did for AMERICANS," and that's all Americans, and it that regard both Clinton and Bush were pretty miserable, they fucked Americans with NAFTA and the WTO.

Proposed a plan to balance the budget while protecting critical investments in education.

Revoked the Reagan/Bush restrictions on abortion counseling ("the gag rule"), abortions in military hospitals, "Mexico City" policy and RU-486 imports.
Increased Ryan White CARE Act funding for outpatient AIDS care over 100% in first 3 budgets.
Put the Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC) on a full-funding path.
Increased funding 65% for breast cancer research.
