Good news from the heart of bush country.
On the way home from picking up my sixth grader from school today we saw a car with a John Kerry bumber sticker on it. I gave a  as we drove by, which prompted my daughter to recall a conversation she had with a couple of friends during lunch.

This is North Scottsdale, which is big bush country. She said one of the girls mentioned that her dad got one of those pictures of bush in an envelope marked "Do not bend." She said her dad took it out of the envelope, bent it in half, stepped all over it and threw it in the garbage. Another friend said she's "ABB" and proceeded to explain what ABB meant (my daughter already knew).

Needless to say, we grinned all the way home.

1. After the corrupt campaign Bush ran
against McCain in 2000, I'm surprised Bush is still supported anywhere in AZ.

2. I sure hope AZ tells Dumbass:
"Go sit on a Saguaro."

Your state has two more proud liberals on the way. Friends of ours are being transferred back to Tucson; they couldn't despise the Dumbya more.

6. Great news.
Two more votes for Kerry.

I forgot to mention the other good news from over the weekend. I have a friend who is an unregistered liberal. I've been hounding her to register to vote for over a year. She told me over the weekend that she finally registered.

That makes three more votes for Kerry. :-)

11. My Kerry bumper sticker story
Unfortunately I live in GA and my story isn't as positive as yours. I went to the grocery store yesterday. The bagger helped me get the groceries to the car, and when she saw my Kerry bumper sticker she replied, "John Kerry? Isn't he a DEMOCRAT??" I replied that he was and proceeded to tell her why I was voting for him. She she stood their mouth gaping like I had grown a second head. I don't think she knew we had any Democrats in Georgia.
