I love the resolve on her face. There's something more there that I can't 'read' - but it's pure, it runs deep and it brings instant tears to my eyes.

With the other top-rated photos, including the one of freakin J-Lo. Most of America is so incredibly disconnected from reality, it's sickening.

How many of us realize how illprepared Americans are for any disasters?

I listened to the opening statements by the staffers where they read the sumary of their interviews.

Decisions had been made that no effort would every be made to rescue from the roof of the Trade Center Bldgs. so doors to the roof were locked.

Fire Chief or Captain "thought" his master communication was on, but because it wasn't, none of his instructions were heard.

It goes on and on like that.

I don't think anyone was negligent at all, just illprepared. Lots of the decisions were made on how to handle a fire, but they were the wrong assumptions.

The real problem is that although improvements have been made, if it happened again tomorrow in another superstructure, things wouldn't be much better.

Gay marriage, stem cell research... a leader has to focus on important things first!

I've heard accusations in the past, from multiple sources, that he is a CIA gatekeeper. When I listen to him, I tend to have that tidbit in the back of my mind.

The way that he talks down to anyone that raises any of the WTC7 concerns, or many of the other issues that have been raised by independent investigators, is simply shocking.

No matter how solid the "facts" appear to be, he always shoots them down. Anyone else noticed that, or heard anything of the gatekeeper accusations?
