I need a bit of help here....
Recently saw on some news station or other a demographic indicator of counties and States which were landslides for one party or the other.

I am currently livng in a one party controlled State, and the dems aren't being too kind, not to mention I dare not even declare myself without threat from most.

Want to get out of here, but need demographics on Georgia coastline, or South Carolina coastline? Is it all taken up by the repupukes or is do I have to go to New Mexico?

3. There seems to be no safe harbour
in the south.

As a southerner, I am so glad I am old. I am joyful for ill health. I only hope I live long enough to cast a vote for the only viable candidate to offset (not in your lifetime or mine defeat) this takeover.

Thank you for the demographics. They are not encouraging.

Please, I took the "send a message" to the democrats in 2000 and voted for Nader. Please, do not make my mistake.

The democrats didn't get the message and I probably helped elect GWB. I am happy that McAuliffe is leaving. I wish all democrats well.

And please don't try voting for Nader thinking it will send a message. It won't.

Those of us who voted for Nader were trying to send a message: Come back to the democratic party, if you want our vote, then read our lips. The democrats didn't get it, obviously. Too bad we lost that election. Are we to lose this one as well. WE cannot afford to.
