Sometimes it isn't a chromosome thing, some jokes men find funny and women don't are blatantly insulting or derogatory about the latter.

This was only insulting to Bush and Blair (or maybe Lionel Ritchie and Diana Ross -:P.) I would think it more the kind of thing Democrats would find funny and Republicans wouldn't. Like the opposite of Rush Limbaugh.
