At least by inference. Nobody knew anything about the abuse, no one was briefed by document or by document contents? Makes Muguba's report look like he was lying. WTF is going on. Who the hell is in charge? Why do we retain and pay such know-nothing idiots in charge of our military?
It is still a fact, no Iraqi was trying to kill Americans UNTIL WE INVADED THEIR COUNTRY!!! Repeat after me: we invaded Iraq, we invaded Iraq.....

1. Hand Picked Generals
Edited on Wed May-19-04 10:36 AM by atreides1
These three "Generals" are just a few of the hand picked supporters of the administration, who do not owe allegiance to the country or to the Constitution.

With all of the incompetence these three seem to possess, they fit right in with their master Rummy, they won't be held responsible for
anything. If any of them had any sense of honor they would submit their resignations, but they neither have honor or integrity.

Their loyalty is to Bush and Rumsfeld, they have little to no regard of their duty to the people of the United States, and the Constitution.

Edit: It's Taguba not Muguba.

2. This war
is bringing back emotions that I thought I had put behind me. I fully support our troops but not why we are there. AND SURELY NOT OUR pRESIDENT AND COMPANY, CABAL. what miserable failure.

4. This War Sucks
You can support the troops, while not suppoting this war. But the support must be earned, like loyalty, and respect, not required just because some talking heads say so.

I support the troops that are doing their duty within the the requirements of the laws of war and the Geneva Conventions. But I will
not support those troops who might have committed crimes that have been covered up by the military chain of command and the Pentagon.

In regards to the Abu Ghraib torture scandal, so far just four troops
have shown true courage, one junior officer and four enlisted. It is troops like these that deserve our support.
