Edited on Thu May-20-04 05:25 PM by ann_coulter_is_a_man
WV Democratic Party's Platform Committee will hold public hearings

The West Virginia State Democratic Party's Platform Committee will have its first public hearing 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 18 at the Princeton County Courthouse. On Wednesday, May 19, the Platform Committee will hold its second public hearing 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the West Virginia State Democratic Party headquarters, located 5 Greenbrier Street , Charleston . The last public hearing will take place 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 25 at the Morgantown County Courthouse. The events are open to the public.

The public hearings are in each of the three congressional districts. The 2004 Democratic platform will be officially discussed and adopted during the West Virginia State Democratic Party's State Convention June 12 at the Charleston Civic Center

Mike Oliverio wants to take choice out of the platform. If anyone can attend the Morgantown meeting it would be great. If not, please write letters to the above address in Charleston. Or email EMAIL: wvparty@wvdemocrats.com

4. Don't look for any help from the Kerry campaign
Apparently that's one more bit of baggage he's willing to toss over the side in the quest to attain the ultimate resume.

7. Over a million very pissed off women
... in Washington DC last month should tell him that if he does, he'll lose.

I won't vote for him, not even to get rid of Bush, if he sells us out.

Carter lost my vote when he sold poor women out on choice.

Don't try to tell me this issue isn't important. For slightly more than half the population of this country, it's a LIFE OR DEATH issue.
