former mayor of OKC (and now I've already forgotten his name) is running to fill the to-be vacated seat of Nickles (senior asshole repug). It includes sound bytes from Nickles, Inhofe (junior asshole repug) and JC Watts (former sophomoric asshole repug) but NEVER says "republican" or has it in any graphic...but "conservative" is used about 10 or 12 times.
The obligatory "good family man" is prominently mentioned, though...
Interesting. Haven't seen them yet. I'll be on the lookout. I bet they're ashamed. My hardcore repuke co-worker was asked if he was a repub or dem (in my presence) recently. He just looked down, and barely whispered, "republican."
2. They've been aired on ch. 2, 6 & 8 in Tulsa, I don't watch Faux so don't
know if they show 'em. I just thought it was a little strange and wondered if it's some kind of way around campaign finance law since they never mention the party....
