if need be. Shrub has no plan...and they would use Kerry's if it has any merit and claim it as their own.

I would prefer Kerry get the credit, but not at the price of human suffering.

In an editorial by Joe Klein there is this between the lines gist that: "who the fuck know what Bush will do"--i.e, rumors he will cut and run before the election, he's trying tp foist it off on the UN, blame stuff ont he new Iraq "government", etc. Thus if Kerry has a big PLAN right now it might not be even remotely relavent in October. Thus, he needs to wait until then and then say to the American people: HERE is where we are to date; this is why this thing is so fucked up; this is my promise, plan, pledge, etc. to handle this thing. To roll out a great plan today may be exactly the plan Bush will implement tomorrow. And this really relates to many other fronts as well.
