I think The biggest scandal yet is going to
from this Ahmed Chalabi raid today in Iraq today.

He and his INC cronies are one of the sources of intelligence for WMD and it now turns out he might have been passing info to Iran.

Could it be by knowing Bush's predisposition for an invasion and his hate of Saddam the U.S. was duped into doing Irans bidding?

1. Well if that's the case then this was a Bush-Mafia attempted...
...hit on Chalabi. Get rid of the witness and also get revenge. Bush wants Iraq's oil at all cost. He is not going to walk away from that.

2. Chalabi was
Rummy's Golden Boy. He was heir to the throne for Iraq. He gave us so much "good" intelligence that supported BushCo.

We paid him over $300,000 a MONTH.

How stupid could we be? Pretty damn stupid. Aanother BushCo screw up. Big time.

6. I remember 60 minutes
did a segment examination of just how shady a character this guy might be. He is wanted in Jordan for some sort of bank fraud. So this was not a big secret.

I am dying to hear the administration excuse for this...

5. interesting
do you have a link or source for it now turns out he might have been passing info to Iran.

let's take this a step further as long as we're speculating ...

it seems to me there are two possibilities ... one is that Chalabi was working with the Iranians WITHOUT the U.S. knowing about it ... in this scenario, Chalabi exploited bush and the Congress by posing as Saddam's enemy and a friend to the U.S. ... once in power, he "Castro's" into an enemy ...

or, how about speculation #2 ... bush and Chalabi conspire to not only topple Saddam but to have Chalabi win the trust of the Iranians with the ultimate goal of making inroads into the Iranian government to overthrow the current regime there ... this kind of insanity gels nicely with the PNAC philosophy ...

8. By the way your second theory
is giving Bush way too much foresight. Its possible, but knowing him I dont think it is very likely he is thinking beyond next weekend.

Your first is one I am more inclined to believe because of the very high shadiness quotient of Chalabi
