The George Allen tour of Baghdad bondage stores
Tweety - to his credit - has latched onto the hoods and collars in the Iraqi prison abuse scandal. He keeps asking everyone, "Where did they get them?? Did they bring them along in their luggage??" Senator Allen (KKK-VA) answered, "I don't know where they got them. I suppose they have stores there..."

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!...

1. a far more likely source...
for dog leashes and collars is the MP K-9 units on the scene.

There are pics of them in this new batch.

Can anybody compare the photo of England and the guy on the leash with the photos of the collars and leashes used by the dog handlers?

As for the hoods, they remind me of USGI sandbags.

2. The dog collar on the dog
in the new Washington Post pictures is a narrow one, about an inch or so in width, the on one the prisoner is about 4-6 inches wide. Looks special made to me.

4. maybe different pics?
looking at the one from the WP website, I can't see the collar per se, it looks like it's dug into his neck. Do you have a link to the photo where it's clearly visible?

3. Tweedy was pretty good tonight for once lately...
playing a little 'Hardball.' Most of the time he plays whiffle ball.
How about the dogs? They needed the leashes, maybe she borrowed one.
I'd like to know the answer too. Not one person in the media that I have seen bring up the dogs. The lower ranks were not give cute little puppies for fun. For me the dogs are part of the puzzle, that would show planning and a policy to abuse. Sniffing out bombs and drugs, but attack dogs, no.
