"I have other priorities than military service"

That should be the formal response from any young man when Uncle Sam comes for you during Bush's draft in 2005 (they won't draft women). This was how Dick Cheney responded in an interview in the early 90's when he was asked why he got 5 deferments to avoid serving in the Vietnam War, a war he supported.

I'll let the Army, Navy, Air Force and the Marines fill in the blanks here at DU.

Just "let it be said" that the Pentagon fully expects each and every member of our "Armed Forces" to be educated, professional, intellegent and disiplined enough to earn a college edcuation for free.

I know a few guys at Ft Knox and Ft Campbell....
