1. I noticed.
And the prosecutor says that it doesn't affect the guilty verdict.

Now think about that. They lie. They lie so much and so badly that they get charged with perjury. But it doesn't matter, nothing matters, the conviction stands.

Sounds like a kangaroo court to me.

3. This was the guy that supposedly proved that her "sell" order was
put on the paper at a later date, that the ink or somesuch didn't match. Seems like a mighty large piece of data to me. I'll bet her lawyers have a different opinion than that of the governments.

4. I feel so sorry for Martha Stewart
I bought into their demonization of her intially. But I've since changed my mind. She doesn't deserve the treatment she's getting--and she wouldn't be treated this way at all if she weren't friends with Hillary. As a matter of fact--I'm betting that the conviction is being pressed even more because of the friendship--so that they can attempt to discredit Hillary in '08 with incessant references to her friend, "convicted felon", Martha Stewart. And, I think they'll let Martha out early for good behavior since all they want is the conviction on record anyway. What a sham.

5. Partly, they want it on her record.
And partly, they want to (ahem) humiliate the prisoner. You don't think there will be some photographs of her in prison garb?

Meanwhile, Kenny-boy is doing fine, thank you very much.
