SNIP..."Push Back Censorship
SNIP.."The May 12 editorial cartoon by Tony Auth on censorship is compelling, but falls short of the insidious nature of this new campaign to control the media through censorship. By launching the campaign against four-letter words by Howard Stern and other talk show hosts, it actually had the sympathy of most Americans, who, as Auth points out, "did nothing" to protest. But, as we now see, governmental censorship by the Federal Communications Commission is not the only method...."

SNIP..."While we sit unconcerned about the plight of Howard Stern and Michael Moore, please review the steps required to dismantle a democracy:
Take control of the executive branch.

Take control of the legislative branch.

Replace federal judges.

Invoke censorship to control the media.

Now, sit back and wait for the day when letters such as this one and cartoons such as the one by Tony Auth will no longer be allowed to be printed...."
END SNIP
Here is the Tony Auth cartoon to which he referred.
