I think burns are one of the most horrendous injuries.

The Air Force and Army have brought more than 100 burn victims out of Iraq, through Germany to a San Antonio hospital.

Only two of the 100 soldiers brought to the burn unit of Brooke Army Medical Center have died. The San Antonio Express-News reported burns make up about 5 to 10 percent of all combat casualties.

1. No they are not
Louise Kurtz was exposed to temperatures of over 1000 degrees in the Pentagon on September 11, 2001 and she left the building with her hair intact.
And the Pentagon expected her to report back on duty within a few weeks.

All the people who allegedly experienced fire-related trauma within the Pentagon on September 11, 2001 are just fine and dandy.

Oh,
I guess you were speaking about regular fires.
And regular people.
Then you would be absolutely correct.
Burns ARE one of the most horrendous injuries around.

2. uh
I saw a woman who was burned in the pentagon fire on tv, and she lost most of her fingers and both eyelids. She has to wear compression garments.
