MAJOR change to voting elegbility requirements in North Dakota!
I've been seeing billboards and hearing radio ads from the state. You need to have photo id now! Before this they would ask your name and then look you up on a list of previous voters (by address). If they didn't have you on the list they'd just write you in and give you a ballot.

Ah, North Dakota. State owned bank, state owned mill, no voter registration
