Probably gouging and that deal Chimpy made with Saudi Arabia to lower the prices right before the election.

I do as little as I can, but I think I won't be going to Minneapolis anytime soon. Well, when my S/O gets more time on his hands then I might drive a little more, but until then...

One day, their game will fail and cause economic meltdown. If Bushit* wants a recovery, jacking up gas prices considerably (much like slashing taxes for the uber-wealthy) won't do what he claims to want in front of the American people...
