Bush Tax Cuts zoomed the economy--super

Bush was all over claiming his tax cuts created the recovery.

How does he get by with such nonsense?

Fact Check--www.cbpp.org did a special report on his tax cuts.
total for 2001-2002-2003 was 324 Billion.

GDP over 10,000 Billion
Consumer spending portion about 7,000 billion.

how can 324 stimulate 7,000?

Assume one has $7,000 in pocket and finds $324 does it mean a shopping spree?

In fact, the consumer spending for the three years would be 21,000 Billion. 324 is tiny.

I cannot understand how the press can allow such nonsense.

Economic recovery largely Low Interest Rates.

1. I hope he takes the blame for what 'his tax cuts' will do the country

in the future. Remember, the bills will come due in about 2-3 years. Not to mention how he screwed up the world.

3. Gigot said the same thing on NOW last night.

He repeatedly referred to the tax cut, the one MCCain is opposed to and that caused the flap between REpug Senators this week, as the main reason the economy is "strong" now.
