Broken promises website?

My husband is planning a speech based on chapter 18 of Machiavelli's "The Prince", for his humanities class. Apparently it's the chapter about promising anything to the masses to gain power, then doing the opposite. Could anyone direct me to a reliable website that specifically lists all the promises made and broken by chimpy?
