Meaning, Peruvian flake "back pills..." Chevy Chase is an asshole. He's a perfect example of the old axiom that says, "be careful who you piss off on your way up, you may need them on your way down," or something to that effect.

Did you see his roast on Comedy Central? It was brutal!
