President Psycho just said so. And we're going to build them a BRAND NEW MODERN PRISON. How exciting!

I don't think that the Iraqi people will let those satellite embassies last long.

Bush shouldn't have outlined this. Shows some of our covert ops at work.

5. 3 satellites for 3 regions?
That way, they can suspend elections in a region that looks like voting anti-American (eg majority Sunni), and say 'look, the Kurds will be allowed to elect their own government by January, just like we said. The other 2 regions are too chaotic - we're in charge again there. The fact that the Kurds are bound to elect an American lackey has nothing to do with it.'
