He was soundly rejected by Democrats in the primaries. In Joe's world, he probably thought he deserved to be the Democratic standard bearer. He seems like he's rather enjoying defending this pResident and taking the consensus out of the Democrat's criticism our Bush's ME foreign polcy.

While it is rather obvious that his religion and relationship with Israel colors his position on US foreign policy in the ME, I'm more pissed with Fox/CNN using Joe as the Democratic "goto" guy on responses. He does nothing but give his pro-war support for everything this pResident does. Joe does not represent mainstream Democratic viewpoints on the issue of foreign policy. Where is Ted Kennedy giving the Democratic viewpoint on this War?
