What's that red mark at the corner of his eye? It looks like another wound like on his hands, but if he fell off a bike onto his face hard enough to cause punctures to the corner of his eye, wouldn't he have more marks at the top of his nose?

Anyone can fall off their bike and injure their face and hands, and there were many gory testimonials to that effect in a thread last night.

But in this close-up of W, I also wonder how he could get gouged around the eyes and not break the bridge of his nose. And of course if he broke the bridge of his nose, the rest of it would look like hamburger.

Altogether, for a doofus he came off pretty lucky. Still, as with everything else about W's life, the audience is left wondering what the hell really happened.

I'm a former Cat 3 USCF road racer and I can say that the injuries AWOL has sustained are most definitely those of the sort one would sustain in a bike wipe out. Particularily a face plant. I have suffered those exact same wounds....and I mean exact...on more than one occasion.....and yes...I was wearing a helmet and no gloves.

All W has are these 'scraps' on his skin. No black and blues, no fat lip or swollen nose?

IMHO: I think he has a skin condition. Some of the marks were already apparent on his face in this pic from a week before the accident.




Notice the marks on his nose that in the same place and shape as the bigger scrap from the 'fall'. There's signs of the prescrap on his chin and also an odd area on the left side of his face, where maybe he iped the makeup off? Also there is a sore at the corner of his mouth. I remember W had a real big herpes sore on his mouth during the selection. Beside has anyone even seen a picture of this infamous bike or W anywhere near a mountain bike, no less actually riding one? I think the official story is a bunch of bull. This crew doesn't know how to tell the truth, why should they start now?
