Col.Patrick Lang doubts Major Gen Fay's ability to probe abuses.
Retired Army Col Patrick Lang made a startling observation on one of the Sunday morning network news shows. He questioned why Major Gen GeorgeFay was chosen to conduct the probe into prison abuses when many others are much more qualified than he.
It was the first time I heard anyone disclose that George Fay, an Army Reservist is an insurance executive.
It begs the question why a reservist with no investigative experience is in charge of such a critical investigation.
