What effect will Nader's call for Bush's impeachment have on the election?
Will it make those who loath him like him more? Will it push him further into the margins? Will it pull Kerry further to the left or push him right?

1. None at all
Nader can only hurt the Democrats, not the Republicans. * won't be impeached (Rs run the House), and if he was, he wouldn't be convicted,(Rs run the Senate). Nader should keep his mouth shut.

2. What effect? None. Nader is already marginalized.
Nader's always had some good ideas, and never a good idea about how to work them into the system. He's like the kid in the "Far Side" cartoon who's pushing on the school door that says, "Pull."

3. Maybe Nader/Kerry cooked this up?
Nader takes extemist line.

Make Kerry look moderate, but allows him to say he "sees where Nader is coming from, but I wouldn't go that far" or some crap like that.

Nader gets post in New Admin

4. I thought it was an interesting move, to say the least.
It doesn't mean I'll vote for him. I want Bush removed from office, one way or the other. But it did raise Nader in my estimation. It would be fun to include someone with that position in one of the debates. Kerry could have fun insisting that Nader be included and leave it up to the Bushists to look like the excluders.

5. None. The only people who listen to Nader are ones who already
think Bush doesn't deserve to be President. I just hope they realize what they need to do to ensure he isn't President come Jan 05.
