It looks like a forced pose to me. In the first picture it looks like he is actually pulling away from Bush...

His eyes and lack of grip in the second picture back this up I think...

See that "in your face" smirk? W doesn't forget his enemies, only his allies.

The picture behind Bush should be draped in cloth until it can be afforded a less obscene view.
