What an idiot. You don't have to 'pitch' technology use to the health care industry anymore than you have to 'pitch' the idea of making bread to a baker!

What might help would be a little cash to be able to AFFORD the technology, eh?

I'm sure what he's probably talking about is some Orwellian plan to tie together all the medical databases everywhere to the NSA or something...nothing good or even implementable -- that's a given.
