3. They Probably Made Him an Offer He Couldn't Refuse
So the former owner probably left all the pig shit
for dubya to slip and fall on when riding his mt bike.

4. Still maintains the farm
I don't have a link, but I think the previous owner still maintains the place.

6. I read that the Reverend Moon was somehow involved with the funding
for the Chimp's most excellent ranch adventure. I wish
I could find a link but I can't right now.

12. The guy's name is Kenneth Engelbrecht ...
Apparently his family owned the place since "just after the Civil War".

http://www.texnews.com/1998/1999/texas/ranch0730.html

He currently works as the foreman there. (This is actually one of the very few things Bush has done that I agree with -- this way, Mr. Engelbrecht didn't have to leave his birthplace. Plus, Georgie probably realized that the place would fall apart without someone trustworthy to run it -- month-long vacations notwithstanding, Bush isn't there most of the time and just plain doesn't know enough about ranching.)

8. i dunno, but
bush receives about $20,000 dollars in tax breaks (from about $40,000 as i recall) on the property by taking advantage of a tax incentive intended for actual farmers.....

i hope he buys some fuckin' pretzels with that money.

13. in 2003 chimpy received $26,876.03 in tax breaks on 1577.22 acres
According to the McLennan County Appraisal District the land had a market value of $813 per acre for a total of $1,282.879

The Ag/Timber use value was $127,389.

The combined tax rate (McLennan County, McLennan County Farm to Market, Crawford ISD and McLennan County Community College) was $2.115988 per $100.

That would be a property tax of $27145.57 on the market value and farmer chimpy paid $2695.54 on the Ag/Timber use value.

serves up to the Iraqi POWs? These boys didn't fall off a turnip truck this mornin'! They knew the DoD would be buying up them pork bellies for MI and the Contractor goon squads, to feed the prisoners so they'd talk!
