CNN Presents "A Flyboy's Story: George Bush in WW2" ... again!?
Just saw the ad; it's coming up yet again this weekend.

How many times is this that they're running this swill? Where's the documentary on Kerry's service in Vietnam?

One can only hope that, with all these new polls, CNN will figure out that they'd better change their tune darn quick if they want to survive in a Democratic nation.

1. I asked this recently, too
I speculated they're still working on the sequel, "A Fratboy's Story."

But I was told it's because the Elderbush is having a birthday -- he'll be 80 (same as his son's IQ!).

7. I Respectfully Disagree!
I figure jr.'s IQ to be more like 71!

2. Are they going to tell the part...
about him machine-gunning survivors from a sinking Maru who were in lifeboats?

3. the key story is his cowardly ejection before his crew made it out
He didn't give his crewmen enough warning after they were hit and just bailed before they were out of the plane. One of them died as a result of his cowardice.
And taking out stranded sailors sounds pretty cowardly too.

A war crime.

4. If CNN had any interest whatsoever in honoring flyboys
Then they'd put together a show about the men who flew against Ploesti in Romania and Raboul, New Britain (in the Pacific). Now THOSE are true portraits in courage.

No, CNN isn't interested in honor or anything resembling it. Their self interest lies in concealing issues and events or deceiving the public at the behest of the RNC (and at times the DLC) through whatever subtle means are at their disposal.

It's gotten so bad that, like many of my friends, I've simply stopped watching CNN- and frankly I'm better informed because of it....

6. They trot that out whenever Jr. is slipping. I think they think..
viewers will believe this story is about Jr. instead of Poppy.

9. I shot a sick short sketch "dramatization" of this a whiles back...
haven't edited yet, but I'll get to it eventually. It features Poppy bailing on his crew, with a whiny cry of "So long, suckers!"
