US tried to plant WMDs, failed: whistleblowerDaily Times Monitor Friday, May 28, 2004

According to a stunning report posted by a retired Navy Lt Commander and 28-year veteran of the Defense Department (DoD), the Bush administration’s assurance about finding weapons of mass destruction in Iraq was based on a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) plan to “plant” WMDs inside the country. Nelda Rogers, the Pentagon whistleblower, claims the plan failed when the secret mission was mistakenly taken out by “friendly fire”, the Environmentalists Against War report.

2. Yes I have
But because it was in a Pakistani newspaper I wouldn't expect it to see the light of day in the corpora-- er, American news media. Too many Americans, and news editors put the earplugs in if it comes from a foreign news source, especially a non-western one.

3. Actually Al Martin, the lie pimp was selling this, too
along with the Karl Von Roverer the Gauleiter of Mecklenberg bullshit. Then I phoned him on the Tony Troupiano show and called him on his bullshit and he changed it. "Oh it was the Gauleiter of Somthing else, but go to Nuremberg and look it up if you don't believe me."

There are a few writes with NO credibility and noone else ever picks up what they write.

4. A few months ago, maybe even 6

There were numerous reports of CIA activity around Basra... and rumors
of attempts to plant WMDs (lifted from a old US chemical weapons
depot, as the story goes). Plus reports of the same type of activity
in Western Iraq, near the Syrian border. All of it rumor, no concrete
evidence. Possible? Yeah. But these numnuts probably can't even
do that right. Plus, after a year and 3 months of occupation, all of
a sudden we are going to stumble into a warehouse filled with chemical
and biological munitions? One or two shells isn't going to change
the public opinion that WMDs are not there. Period.
