Received one of those anti-Clinton emails from a friend a work today.

Well actually it was a pic, the one with Bill and Hillary exiting Marine One that has Buddy looking like he's licking Bill's nuts. Well she thought it was funny. It is but I saw it several times already. I responded back to her (and the others...she sent them a copy also and I know some are major right wingers) and said that Bill Clinton is old news. I have plenty of Bush pics if you want them. Let me know.

It ticks me off that some people just can't get over the Clinton's. If she sends me another one, I am tempted to send her a Bush pic in return although I don't like to send spam emails.

He may not have gotten the popular vote, but we don't elect Presidents by popular vote. It sucks. I hate he won. However Bush is most defiantely the President. Now we need to get over that and concentrate on un-electing his sorry ass.

What makes you think chimpie won? 2000 was a coup, not a election. Al Gore got more votes in Florida than chimpie.

Listen, I'm not saying he didn't cheat, nor am I saying he played fair and square. However he did win. They played the game better than we did. We suck up, move on, and beat them next time. The more we whine and cry about losing the more we look like poor little babies who can't handle defeat.

If you cheat at poker, and take home the pot, just because you have the pot, does that mean that you "won"?

in Florida, Gore would be there now. How sad that in this country we don't bat an eye when it comes to disenfrachising 30,000 African Americans from voting but whitey goes running to the supreme court cause the black man took her spot at the college welfare trof.

As big a fan as I was, I laughed at it. It was pretty funny. Shut those freepers up when I did that. Must have thought I would be on the defensive.

I use SNOPES to debunk the lies and my own repuke files / research to counter back as appropriate. Just the other day I had a vendor presenting to me and a group of my peers, trying to win a big chunk of my budget (I am a manager for a large IT shop with a very large IT budget) and the vendor made a smarmy anti-Clinton joke as he was starting out his presentation. I immediatly responded " CAREFUL ! .... you don't know who your audience is, now do you ? ". Upon which one of my peers chuckled... "he does now... ". The guy turned white and stuttered through the begining of his sales job. I can no longer remain silent ... I'm sick of the anti-Clinton, anti-liberal jokes and rhetoric and I counter back with equal or greater force.

Give em hell. If not now, when?

There were unflattering photos of Bill Clinton (not that we'd ever stoop to something so childish). There was an entire thread discussing how unattractive they thought he was and numerous comments about Monica Lewinsky. Move On!
