15. CNN has been repeatedly calling it a rant.
This morning Soledad O'Brien (Bush apologist and major prude) compared it with Howard Dean's "scream", implying that he was screaming and yelling the whole time.

He sounds pretty calm and stable to me.

and Al Gore is a madman for pointing it out?

What I heard was a man who actually believes what he says, who presents evidence to back up his views, and who cares enough about this country to speak the truth that no wants to hear.

And, he could deliver a speech with real content without sounding like a special ed student reading something he cribbed from an encyclopedia.
