New ticket - Bush/Rice in '04
Can you even imagine this? They were mentioning it on the Washington Journal. Seems Cheney is out. Who will replace Cheney. Rice!

Why Rice is THE candidate to run with *:

1. Women will go for her

2. Blacks will go for her

3. A winnning ticket!

Really I am shocked. :puke: What do others think/believe?

11. Bush's only shot is to dump Cheney, but Rice will not help
Bush MUST go outside his current administration for middle-of-the-roaders to give him a second look. I think Rice has been discredited enough to not give Bush a boost, although admittedly she would be more of a help than Cheney.

I think we're in a little bit of danger if he picks McCain or Hagel. I don't think * would do it (and I'm not sure those senators would either), but it would be an awfully smart move toward the center, and to bring new life to his image.

* is going to need someone else. This way he will be shedding a portion of his batch of thugs, albeit not admittedly. Whatta joke.

McCain wouldn't go for it. Who can he get? How about Frist or Hatch perhaps? The new defense secretary Coats he has lined up to fill Rummy's shoes is apparently even worse. We'd be better off with the crusty old man. :puke:

16. Plame Investigation is only way Cheney is not on the ticket
Rove and Bush will not do anything that will alienate the RW base of the party. Cheney is very popular with the RW and Fundies in this base. The only way that Cheney is not on the ticket is if there are actual indictments in the Plame investigation.
