their lawsuit against Franken will only serve to give him free publicity and ensure that the book becomes a best seller...not that I have any doubt it would've become a best seller without their assistance.

Fux has a complaint calling Franked "deranged" - saying that he flew in a rage at poor O'Really during the publishers forum and other juicy things. Just publish the complaint , as "News"
