8. Probably Henry Kissinger...
of course he's not involved, anymore, but he still makes most of the current crop look like rank amateurs and blushing innocents. Once he dies or goes insane from senile brain-rot the title goes to someone else.

He has done more to reduce political discourse in this country to a
ignorance based, predjudice based, name calling brawl than anyone.

The other two may have more actual power, but Limbaugh has
empowered the small-minded and mean-spririted like no one
since Hilter.
