The war on terror is far from over. Whether George W. Bush gets re-elected or John Kerry pulls off an upset victory the American people will demand this war be prosecuted to the fullest extent. Military spending will reach record levels in the next 5 to 10 years and body armor will placed high on the list of expenditures. The government will not cheap out on our soldiers...the public won’t stand for it.
