Republican nastiness
Just talked to my daughter who lives in D.C. The father of one of her co-workers in on the WW II Commission and told his son that all the former Presidents were given a ticket to attend the festivities--except for ... President Clinton (of course). Some of Clinton's staff members went straight down to D.C., stormed the Republican offices and said this was the one chance they had to rectify the "mistake" or they would go straight to the press. Needless to say the Clinton staffers were immediately given a ticket for President Clinton.

They never miss a chance to show how mean and petty they are.

10. I didn't see it, but saw some pics posted here. At the ceremony,
shrub senior and Clinton had some kind of exchange which concluded with a hands to chest shove (shrub senior shoving Clinton). Apparently it looked like it could have been good natured (you kidder you!) but no one knows what the exchange was.

...by now that they should know not to buck Clinton. He seems completely unconcerned by their ganging up on him--he just breaks through their barricades with that little smile on his face.

11. I almost didn't open the thread....
With a subject simply stating "Republican nastiness" I wasn't sure I'd have time to finish reading it before having to go back to work on Tuesday!
