A Utah state representative (apparantly a full time job) paid an undercover officer $40 for prostitute. YHe has to complete a "john's program."

Years ago, a Mormon Bishop was arrested for soliciting a prostitute while he was in Salt Lake for Conference (LDS Church's semi annual meeting). He committed suicide. The Salt Lake Police decided they would not put decoys on the streets during Conference. My husband worked in liquor stores when he was in college. He said the biggest sales were during Conference (Mormon's "don't" drink you know.)
