6. I believe that they are referring to some people here,
myself included who wish to uphold the basic right of privacy even for those with whom we disagree. (And yes, I know they are hypocrites)

I think being president has been very hard on their relationship, and that returning to non-political lives as ordinary citizens will benefit them greatly.

It's rough to have a job for which one is supremely unqualified, very stressful and I imagine hard on the marriage.

For the sake of family values, send them back to Crawford!

8. Bush is a battered spouse
Those "he choked on a pretzel" and "I fell off of my bicycle" stories are cover ups. It is obvious Laura is a husband strangler/beater. Bush suffers from battered spouse syndrome.

That also helps explain why lets Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, etc., push him around and tell him what to do. He doesn't have it in him to stand up to them; or her.
